GENERAL CONDITIONS


Reservation

Minimum stay is normally two weeks, from Monday to the Saturday of the following week. Shorter stays of a single week can be organised upon request.
Maximum stay is normally two months.
The present form does not guarantee final reservation of the requested dates and room. The reservation is final only after validation by the Hardt Foundation administration and reception of an email containing the confirmation letter and invoice.

Terms and conditions of payment

Rates include full board accommodation, access to the library and its electronic resources and study space in the library.
Contribution to stay expenses is calculated as a fixed price, from Monday of arrival to Saturday of departure.
Stay expenses are payable in advance, by bank transfer, at least 15 days before the beginning of stay. Payment in cash in Swiss francs upon arrival is possible on request, by email to admin@fondationhardt.ch.

Cancellation

People who, in case of force majeure, have to cancel their stay are requested to inform the Hardt Foundation administration as soon as possible, by email to admin@fondationhardt.ch. There is no cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation after payment of stay, the full amount will be refunded, excepting possible bank transfer fees.

Change in departure date

The guests who, in case of force majeure, must leave before the due date of departure will be refunded the cost of the remaining days.
